Free intro call
Twenty minutes on your license, your history and what you currently avoid.
Avoiding driving makes the fear grow, and being told to just get on the freeway makes it worse. What works is a graded plan: quiet streets, then busier ones, then a single on-ramp.
Nothing here starts with a freeway. Every step is one notch harder than the last, chosen by you.
For drivers who hold a license but haven't driven in months or years: short, quiet, repeated drives that rebuild the habit.

Movvara coaches licensed drivers remotely. Nobody sits in the car with you, and this is not instruction toward a license test — for in-car work, hire a licensed instructor, and follow your state's rules about who must be beside you.
It also isn't treatment. If driving fear is part of a panic disorder or a phobia that runs your life, a licensed therapist is the right place to start, and we'll say so rather than take your money.
No. Everyone we work with already holds a license. Learner drivers need a licensed driving school, and we're happy to explain the difference on the call.
Not from us — all coaching is remote. Whether you need a supervising driver depends on your license and state law, and while you're nervous we'd recommend one regardless.
That's a very common starting point, and it's a habit problem more than a skill problem. We start with ten minutes on a quiet loop.
No. The approach borrows the logic of graded exposure, but we're coaches, not clinicians. For severe anxiety or panic attacks, see a licensed professional — ideally alongside this, not instead of the right care.
We plan for it: where to pull over safely, what to do, and how to end a drive without treating it as failure. Never use a phone while driving — everything gets reviewed afterwards.
Yes. No contract, no minimum term. Access stays open until the end of the month you already paid for.
